How to Arrange/Sort Same Value/Data on Excel/Sheet with 2 Columns

If you want to arrange two columns data for your working purpose. Then you can follow the below steps:

• Select your expected two columns here I selected A2:B2
• Now click on Excel Home tab and then select Conditional Formatting and then click Duplicate Values and then click OK.

First step for conditional formatting to detect duplicate value

• Now click mouse right button then click Sort then select Custom Sort…

• Now select like the below screenshot

• Now press OK then get the duplicated value in the same place. That’s it!
